I have been a customer of this shop for some time without issues until recently. I encountered a problem with the liftgate on my Jeep and worked with Service Advisor Ernie Perez. I was quoted approximately $1,300 for parts and labor. However, after contacting the dealership, I learned the part cost around $450, while my receipt from Ernie Perez showed a charge of $753 for the part. When I questioned this discrepancy, the response given was, "we have to pay the bill somehow," which I found unprofessional. This matter is not about money but about principles. Due to these unprofessional comments, I will no longer bring my vehicles here for service. I advise others to research carefully before choosing this shop, especially if the bill is significantly higher than expected or compared to other shops.

Adam, we really do appreciate your review as well as your continued business. I apologize that you weren't pleased with the outcome of this visit. We are very up front in our pricing and did stick to the estimated price you were given earlier this week when we inspected your vehicle. It is no secret in this industry that we make money on parts. Any business has to maintain a profit in order to stay in business(unless you are involved in government) and parts markup is part of how we do that. Ernie did try to explain to you that there are many costs to operating a business that require us to mark up parts for more than we paid for them, you paraphrased all of this explanation into "we have to pay the bill somehow". $450 is less than our cost on the part we replaced on your vehicle, it is also significantly less than the dealer or anyone else installing the part would charge you if they were installing it. Our price on the part does include our 3 year 36k mile warranty which is better than what most Jeep dealers would offer and far longer than an over the counter parts purchase. I do agree with advising others to research carefully before choosing any shop. We are not the cheapest in the area and we are not the most expensive, but we do stand behind our work and we are never dishonest with our customers. Thanks again for your review Adam, we do hope you will give us another shot.

This shop is legit! Pricey, but you get what you pay for. Cam and lifter fail on my 2012 Charger and about 5 years later no issues. Bill was about $2200 tho! Car is still running strong. My Jeep SRT was running rough and adaptive suspension issue. Diagnosed a bad coil pack and ripped wires for my suspension. They upgraded my wiring to something more durable because it rubbed on another part. Few hundred bucks later no issues in those departments. How it should be, pay to get an issue fixed - One Time. Highly recommend this shop
