Performed diagnostics and found out why that the starter was the reason why the engine wouldn't start, which they replaced. Diagnostics included recommendation to have engine diagnosed by the manufacturer for possible damage covered by powertrain warranty. That was the case. Manufacturer has made the repairs and the car is back in service.
