I have been going to Alltech for many years and never hesitate to recommend them. Being a woman, sometimes I don't always understand what service may need to be done but Mark and Nate are more than willing to explain it to me so I can understand it. Their mechanics are thorough and professional. Many of their mechanics have been there a really long time, which means they like working for their employer and to me that speaks volumes to me. Their rates are fair and reasonable and if they can find you a savings, they will. My entire family takes all of their vehicles to them, even my mom's motorhome.

Did a good job fixing my coolant leak. Charged what they said they would and the estimate was fair. Car was done when they said it would be. They need to improve making appointments and communication.

Called up as a "popup" for a smog check at 0830. Had the car at the shop by 9:45, out by 11. The only delay was for the smog tech to check my aftermarket AEM intake to be sure that "the state" had approved it... Good price, friendly folks. Plan to visit them again when I need a repair.
